About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and documenting business and technical requirements from various stakeholders, facilitating business meetings and collaborative sessions on application and requirements development, and evaluating and organizing project documentation concerning process selection. Moreover, the Technical Business Analyst will break down complex business requirements into manageable components, effectively communicate them to the development team, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on business and software requirements, assist in maintaining the project roadmap and performing gap analysis, and collaborate closely with project teams and technical specialists to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role, with a focus on technical aspects.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in documenting business and technical requirements, including data modeling and process flow diagrams.
Familiarity with project management and process improvement methodologies, such as Agile and Lean.
In-depth knowledge of software development processes and technologies, including programming languages, databases, and APIs.
Capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Rigorous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques is a plus.
